Doc-In-A-Day Volunteer Event/MVLE

When I lived in Washington, D.C., I had the privilege of participating in two Doc-in-a-Day volunteer film competitions. I was placed on a team with other production professionals from the region, and we were assigned to a local non-profit in need of marketing content. We had 48 hours to produce, shoot, edit, and deliver our mission video.

In my second year participating, we worked with MVLE, an exceptional Virginia-based non-profit dedicated to providing employment opportunities and training to people with disabilities.
